These terms and conditions form the basis of the agreement between you and everyone involved in your booking. Making this reservation you accept your commitment by the terms and conditions incorporated into your contract. When you visit or use our website you accept the legal obligation that arises from these conditions.
Prices
Inquire carefully before completing your reservation.
Reservations, prices and cancellations apply only upon request in writing to the charge appearing. You should carefully read the details provided for the charges before making any booking.
Payment is due before your arrival.
VAT and Taxes
VAT and taxes are included in the villa price.
Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking.
To confirm the reservation, a 30% deposit of your total stay amount, is required.
Payments are made exclusively by cash or bank transfer.
Cancellations or modifications can be made free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date. The request for such cancellations or modifications must be written.
Generally
The visitor can transfer the booking to a third party, after consultation and consent of the owners. The villa facilities can’t be used for other purposes than accommodation without the consent of the owners.
Xalonia villas and pool preserve the right to charge the guest for goods and services requested in addition to the ones already provided during the stay and for any damage caused.
Xalonia villas are not responsible for any total or partial failure to fulfill their obligations to the visitor, in case of unusual circumstances.
Xalonia villas may not be brought against legal action, which does not result from negligence that does not allow the provision of services.
Cancellations’ Cost
A deposit of 30% is required to confirm the booking and full payment before or upon arrival.
-In Case a cancellation occurs 30 days before the arrival date the deposit is refundable.
– If done in less than 30 days before the arrival date, a 15% of the deposit is returned and finally if a cancellation occurs 10 days before the arrival date, the customer is obliged to pay 100% of the total cost of the stay.
-The Transaction costs are charged to the customer.
-Your booking is only valid with our written confirmation.
Special Needs / Special Requests
Any special needs or special requests must be made in writing in advance. No guarantees can be given for special requests.
Liability Limitation
The responsibility of the villa for loss or damage caused on site will not exceed the amount of 100€.
No responsibility accepted in case of theft, injury or disease of guests, representatives or visitors, or for loss or damage of any kind, since it was not the result of negligence of the villa, or the employees.
Guests are responsible for their insurance coverage.
Xalonia villas are covered by liability insurance.
For the safety of the visitors there are security cameras covering the outside, the parking areas and the main entrance.
Check In
Check in starts from 14.00 on day of arrival and the departure is set by 11.00 the day of departure.
On departure the deposit withheld is refunded, as long as there are no damages or serious losses.
Smoking
Smoking in xalonia villas is only allowed outdoors.
Parking spaces
Xalonia villas have its premises, free car parking spaces, separately for each villa.
Pets
No pets allowed in the villas.
View and pool
All villas have sea views. On the outside, there’s a separate pool for each villa, the use of which is the sole responsibility of the visitor. The opening hours of swimming pools is determined by the legislation. Xalonia villas are not responsible for any injuries of visitors who use the pool.
Guest Damages
In the occasion of malicious, willful or negligent damage or loss in the rooms or on the premises of the villa, Xalonia villas will charge the amount of the damage or loss caused.
Conduct Guest
Xalonia villas retain the right to deny access or to evict any person they consider inappropriate or undesirable.
The visitors’ friends may remain in accommodation until the 12th hour night time, or seek the consent of the owners for additional time. The area is monitored by security cameras for the safety of visitors.
