Accommodation
All villas can accommodate 8-10 people.
They are suitable for large families, couples or groups of friends.
Just a few kilometers from Neos Marmaras and Nikiti and very near to Mount Athos, offering a variety of activities, from relaxing holidays to exciting nightlife).
Entering the house from the main entrance, there is the entrance hall, which leads to a room with double bed, mini bar, a 32” TV and A/C, a room with a double bed and A/C, and bathroom with shower.
Both rooms have their own private terrace, with panoramic view of the sea and the peninsula of Mount Athos.
Upstairs, above the rooms, is the loft of 20 sqm, with a double bed, 1 openable double sofa, a mini bar, a 32” TV, A/C and a W.C.
Downstairs there is a room with 2 single beds that can be matched to form one double bed.
A large central luxurious bathroom with shower-cabin and a washing machine.
Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, A/C, working desk and seating area with smart a 40” TV.
From the living room, with large windows, we can get to the central pool terrace and garden.
There is an individual pool with dimensions 6m X 3m, and 1.40 m depth, a large dining table 8-10 persons, mobile BBQ, living room and garden with sun loungers.

Villas come with dry clothes closets, mirrors, mosquito nets, water heater, 4 A/C, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hair dryers, dishwasher, fridge freezer, 2 minibars, oven with ceramic hob, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, full set of cutlery for 12 people, linen, towels and pool towels.
Free wi-fi throughout the areas.
The houses are supplied with water from the municipal network, with permanently running potable water, year round without interruption.
In each villa there is a parking area for at least 3 cars.
The main entrance opens by remote control.
The exterior is monitored electronically for the safety of the occupants.
Cleanliness:
- Cleanliness is the priority of our service.
- Bed linen are changed every three days unless requested otherwise with extra charge.
- The cleanliness of the room, the care of the garden and the swimming pool is the responsibility of our experienced staff. The pools are regularly checked for water completeness, clarity, PH, etc.
- The lawn in the garden is watered automatically.
