Из гостиной с большой стеклостеной переходим на центральную террасу с бассейном и двором с ландшафтным дизайном.
Там имеется индивидуальный бассейн размером 3м х 6м, глубиной 1,40 м, большой обеденный стол на 8-10 человек, мобильный барбекю, балконный комплект и двор с шезлонгами.
