Μπαίνοντας στο σπίτι από την κεντρική είσοδο, υπάρχει το χολ, που οδηγεί σε ένα δωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, mini bar, T.V 32΄και A/C, ένα δωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και A/C , και στο μπάνιο με την ντουζιέρα.

Και τα δύο δωμάτια έχουν την δική τους αυτόνομη βεράντα, με απεριόριστη θέα στην θάλασσα και την χερσόνησο του Αγίου Όρους.

Στον όροφο, επάνω από τα δωμάτια, βρίσκεται η σοφίτα των 20τ.μ, με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, ένα ανοιγόμενο καναπέ , mini bar, T.V 32΄, A/C και W.C.

Στον κάτω όροφο υπάρχει ένα δωμάτιο με 2 μονά κρεβάτια που ενώνοντας τα γίνεται ένα διπλό και A/C.
Ένα μεγάλο κεντρικό πολυτελές μπάνιο με ντουζιέρα- καμπίνα και πλυντήριο ρούχων.
Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, τραπεζαρία, A/C , γραφείο εργασίας και καθιστικό με smart TV 40΄.
Από το καθιστικό, με την μεγάλη τζαμαρία, βαίνουμε στην κεντρική βεράντα της πισίνας και στον κήπο.
Εκεί βρίσκεται η ατομική πισίνα διαστάσεων 3μ Χ 6μ, βάθους 1.40μ, μία μεγάλη τραπεζαρία 8-10 ατόμων, κινητό BBQ, καθιστικό και ο κήπος με τις ξαπλώστρες.
